For Shop Act License Renewal you can follow the Shop Act Registration Process and firstly create your profile after creating your profile you can log in using your user id and password and next step is the given left side menu you can click on “Shop and Establishment Registration” then you can select “Shop Register (Old User)”.
Step 1: The First step is Click on “Shop Register (Old User)” from the left side of the menu of Shop and Establishment Registration.
Step 2: Select your division and your district office.
Steps 3: Enter your Shop name.
Step 4: After entering your shop name you can also enter your all details your name and address, etc.
Step 5: After filling complete application form you can check this information is correct or not.
(Note: Fill & attached document to Old User form first to apply Renewal Application form for Shop and Establishment Registration and Contract Labour License.)
Step 6: In the Shop and Establishment Registration “Old user” form can you display only two fields that are Renew Certificate “Form B” and Change Request “Form E” option.
• First is Registration Form “B” (Renew Certificate).
Step 1: You can Click on Renew Certificate button for an open application form to renew the license.
In the Application for Renewal of your Registration applicant, you can change only valid up to a year and also you can change the only number of employees and save the details.
Step 2: After saved your renew application form you can Upload your Document for generated application ID.
Step 3: Click on Upload Document button can show types and name of documents which is need to Upload to continue.
Step 4: When you can see a message the Document upload successfully will show then you can ready for Make Payment option. After payment through Online mode, you can see or download successful receipt of payment was done
